Operational Handover

We partner with local leaders to secure land and organize community labor. Using local materials, we construct safe, durable classrooms that the community fully owns and maintains.

Each center receives offline digital tablets, interactive play structures, and curated curriculum guides. We ensure classrooms are fully equipped without requiring internet connectivity.

We train local educators, parents, and youth in early childhood pedagogy. This comprehensive training ensures long-term operational sustainability and local leadership.
